I found this video posted on a friend of mine's facebook page, and I instantly fell in love. Hailing from my hometown, Washington, D.C., Akua Allrich may just be considered a gem of the city. Her vocal range is amazing, as she shows forth on her recent album debut A Peace of Mine. This video, "Hard to Get", is the first single of said album. This young lady has a bright future if the rest of her album sounds like this. Definitely a must get!
