There's a lot to be said about this latest mixtape from Marques Toliver. For one, the social and political climate has taken it's toll on him as heard in the various snippets and samples used. But he also gives us a taste of what got him to where he is. His ability to shift his style through various tracks makes him a bit of an enigma. Not to mention his skills as a violinist.
