I've long thought that otherworldly talent, pain and drug and/or alcohol addiction were the recipe for a legend. Unfortunately, earlier today I was reminded of exactly how accurate that formula is. Amy Jade Winehouse died today and left behind two critically acclaimed and commercially successful albums. She also left behind a devoted fan base and an untold amount of artists who have been influenced by her music.

At the time of this writing the cause of her death has not been determined, however I'm sure a lot of us have (probably rightfully so) assumed the worst. Whether her drug use was responsible for her death is irrelevant to me right now. Instead I choose to remember the great music she left us with and celebrate the rare talent that she was. This download contains 36 rare, remixed, demo and unreleased tracks for all of those who choose to do the same.
