I remember hearing this group open for Theophilus London's album release show in February at the Music Hall of Williamsburg. The Toronto bred, NY based duo, known as New Look, captivated the crowd with such an eclectic music peformance and stage presence that they were pretty hard to forget. So as soon as I got home, I searched for them. Took me a while, but I finally found them. Check out their EP, How's My Hair? (isn't that such a cute title). I promise you that you won't be disappointed. Between Sarah's voice and Adam's production skills, this project became a must for your rotation. They have some things coming out this year, so hopefully you guys will get a taste of this awesomeness. I know I'm kind of late with them, but I am so excited about this find. Enjoy!
