Efficacy Episode 57 brings Otis Clapp. Born and raised in Queens NY, Eric Felcin better known as OTiS CLaPP is slowly becoming a fixture in the hip hop world. He started his musical pursuit at the age of 15 (then under the name E-Biz). working diligently through the years OTiS dropped his album "Losing Control" on January 8th 2008. Although this was OTis' 7th solo effort he considers it his 1st. "Losing Control" landed OTiS on radio overseas in Greece,Denmark,Austria and France as well as podcasts and internet radio all over the US. He also shot two music videos for this album which landed on various music shows in Greece.

In 2009 OTiS Landed a brief appearance on the tv show "The Beautiful Life" before it got cancelled. This Year OTiS CLaPP released three projects,a mixtape with all orignal beats entitled "Destination Unknown" in march, an EP entitled "The Gifted EP" in July and his full length LP "Welcome II Nowhere" in August, which is getting rave reviews.
