Above average: Not too shabby, commendable effort

New Jersey hip-hop group St. Joe Louis brings us their new project 30,000 ft High and Rising. From the beginning they deliver the lyrics that progress throughout the album. The track 30,000 is a great introduction and starts off everything with a smooth hip hop feel that can ease in any listening ear. Throughout the entire album, you notice that they tackle several different elements of hip hop that leaves you interested like Run Out of Love. Production on each track stimulates the lyrical content that they provide in tracks like Shooting Star. Two of my favorite tracks were Black Magic and Moments, because of their intensity. They finally end the journey with Good Night, which is the perfect conclusion to the hip hop ride they've provided. Features on the album include Skyzoo, Chordz Cordero, PH, Stevie Lee, Daniel Joseph, and Nucci Reyo. On all counts, this is a good work by this New Jersey group, and will be a good addition for the hip hop heads out there. Check them out today!
