Almost perfect: Most of these tracks are instant classics.

Atlanta based emcee Big Boi of the group Outkast, brings us his solo album Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty. The vibe of the album of the album is grooving from the beginning, and mixed with Big Boi’s southern lyrical style it is quite an enjoyable listen. Album kicks off with Daddy Fat Sax, which pulls listeners at the start with the feel good vibe it exudes. Songs like Turn Me On, Shutter Bug, Hustle Blood, and Tangerine, provide the type of vibe that makes want to bob your head and dance. In the song You Ain’t No Dj, Big Boi calls out all the wannabe deejays. While in Shine Blockas, Big Boi teams up with Gucci Mane to talk about haters trying to talk negatively of his success. My favorite song is Fo Yo Sorrows, because the lyrics, the beat, and the addition of George Clinton make a great song. Big Boi has a wide variety of collaborations, from Janelle Monae, Gucci Mane, Jamie Fox, Sleepy Brown, George Clinton, and many others. He ends the album with the Theme Song, which ends the album on a good note. Overall, this album is a solid piece and is a perfect addition to your summer playlist. Check it out today!
