The album opens with "20 Feet Tall", which addresses common insecurities, yet promotes self-love and positive self-esteem. Songs like "Gone Baby Don't Be Long" and "Out My Mind, Just In Time" are both heart-felt formulations of love and being able to recognize when it's time to move on. Ms. Badu doesn't forget to mellow out the mood with the dream-like track "Incense" (a Madlib production), and a personal favorite, "Umm Humm".
