This is a tribute album to UK band Radiohead that was released back in 2006 by Rapster Records. It features production from Mark Ronson, RJD2, Sa-Ra and more as well as vocals by Bilal, Meshell Ndegeocello and others. I'm not sure if this serves as a good introduction to Radiohead's music for someone that's not familiar with their work, but this is still a good album for any music lover to own.
