The 26 year old singer is in the mold of other UK superstars such as Amy Winehouse and Corinne Bailey Rae vocally, but definitely has more of a Rock edge to her sound. Her star has been on the rise for quite some time now. Early this year she released her debut album Travelling Like the Light to critical acclaim. The album has not been released in the US as yet, but in a move that indicates that they plan on doing so in the near future, Universal-Island Records released this 4 track EP. It contains two tracks from her full length album, the other two tracks are remixes and acoustic versions of tracks from the album as well. The best part is that the EP is currently available for $2.77 via Amazon. Good stuff.
