I never even heard about Noe until I caught wind of this project, but from what I've heard so far I'm impressed. The first thing that jumped out at me was the fact that he sounds just like Jay-Z. But once you get past the voice you'll see that he actually is very lyrically gifted.(The snippet plays at the 3:45 mark.) Blak Roc will be released on Black Friday.
