Albums like this are why I sometimes hate genres. This is considered Indie Rock, not sure why, but I'm also not sure what to call it either. At any rate there's a lot of good music coming out of the UK right now, that's a hybrid of Soul and Rock Music. The Noisettes are a band consisting of singer and bassist Shingai Shoniwa, guitarist Dan Smith, and drummer Jamie Morrison. This is their second release, and in my opinion their best.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this when I originally heard one of the tracks a few months ago. What I got was brilliance, this may very well be one of the best albums in any genre this year. I think there's something here for lovers of any genre of music.
