It's no secret, MTV loves them some Diddy. They daydream of Diddy. They sing with Diddy and even dance with Diddy. More importantly, they support Diddy in everything he does. The love that MTV has for Diddy is obviously the type of love that only a parent can have for a child. This has to be the case seeing that MTV continues to allow him to use their network as a vessel to sell pipe dreams to people who may actually thrive or survive on a completely different record label. Only a parent can sit back and allow their child to constantly take advantage of their peers or other kids on a playground and say nothing. In the eyes of a parent (even if convicted of a crime that they did commit) a child can do no wrong. So it has been established, Diddy’s proud mother is MTV and the Baby’s Daddy is Viacom.

Now that the results of the paternity test has been revealed, it's time to address the unsuspecting victims of Diddy's attempt to reclaim his thrown of Hip Hop excellence. Some people actually feel bad for the D.Woods, Tha Band's and the Aubrey‘s of the world, but not me. Have you learned nothing people? Unless you've lived on ranch far far away where television and any inklings of urban culture is outlawed, you should be very aware of Diddy's past, present and future. You should be aware that his claim to musical fame ended when Mase left him to become a preacher man. You should be aware that the only way to really assert yourself and be taken seriously is to escape the 'Take That, Take That". Yes he did launch the careers of Mary J. Blige, Jodeci and Biggie, but he was focused then. Those milestones came before Sean John,Shyne, J.Lo and Ciroc. Do you actually think that a man with the attention span of fly with special needs should be responsible for the launch of anyone’s career? For so many people who supposedly take their craft seriously to actually put their career in the hands of this man and actually expect longevity, I say this, Are you out of your frickin’ mind? Do you not value your precious time?

As we gear up for yet another show in which the man in the Shiny suit attempts to make someone a star as a self proclaimed "StarMaker", I wish the contestants much luck and I will pray for all of them, especially the winner. Whoever wins this show can pretty much consider their nonexistent career more nonexistent than it has ever been.
