Phil Adé is a 20 year old MC from the DMV (the tri-state area that consists of DC, Maryland & Virginia), Maryland to be exact. And just like fellow DMVer Wale is the child of African immigrants. His flow is similar to that of Wale's, but not identical and his lyrical prowess might actually be just as good. He's signed to Raheem Devaughn's new label, 368 Music Group and is poised to make a splash later this year with the release of his full length debut album.
