I don't recall hearing a lot of Irish soul singers, but Laura Izibor is just that. The 22 year old was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland to parents of Irish and Nigerian descent. She has also opened for the likes of Aretha Franklin, India.Arie, Estelle and John Legend. Her debut album Let The Truth Be Told Has already been released internationally and is set to drop states side on 6/18/09.
