I heard about him and his band and finally got to check them out. Cats like him are the reason I love Hip-Hop. The freedom and versatility displayed on his EP, The Progress is what a lot of hip hop artist don’t take advantage of. VerBS does it with no problem. Coming out of Culver City, CA with influences that range from Andre 3000 to Tenacious D to Ice Cube, he’s a force with something to offer to the game.
